7 AXES TOOLS GRINDING MACHINES |

The machine offers the flexibility and the ergonomics required for the grinding process of cutting tools. The mechanical part of the axes assembly is isolated from the wet grinding area and there are no pipes or cables in the operator's working space.
Suitable for regrinding or production of small and medium size cutting tools has been designed modular for space saving, easy maintenance and safe operation. The kinematics of the machine is composed of 5 linear axes and 3 rotary axes mounted in two clearly defined areas of the machine base.The basic linear axes and the grinding spindle are mounted on a solid cast iron tower on the back of the machine base and the workhead is mounted on the rotary axis. U-axis is specially designed for ball nose grinding. The center of the tool radius is positioned in line to the center of rotation of the W-axis.

Saw blade set up is reached in a very short time due to the ergonomic machine design and menu driven program (on colour display) allows operator to introduce the saw blade parameters easily. Thank to the numeric control axes (with silence stepper motors) we obtain a very fast and accurate grind.
